I’ve always wondered about it whether it’s true or not, because that’s what most of my friends tell me that, desi females who have been brought in Western countries are absolutely open-minded compared to desi females who have been brought up in Eastern countries.Those females from Western countries are so open-minded that they don’t really mind their spouses keeping friendship with other females,or their spouses flirting with other females?Is it true?I don’t really think that would be true,because females are females,and they possess the same feelings,no matter where they have been brought up,isn’t it?What do you people think?

Ive been brought up in a western country all my life and my thoughts are not too different to my cousins in pak who are village girls!!
To be honest whilst your working here you need to maintain relationships within the working environment, and there's all men and women together so it totally hard to avoid anyone. Thats why i suppose women here might be more understanding as to their husband/fiance having female friends.
There is a line to be drawn tho, and i would never be happy with him flirting with her! THAT IS A NO NO!!!!

There is a difference having female friends/acquaintances/co-workers & actually flirting with them. Flirting is a big no-no and calls for a smack-down.
Yes, girls who are brought up in the west are more open minded, but only to an extent! We become open minded, because we learn that a women do not need to deal with all the trash, that some women through in PK. We know our rights as women and the possibilities we have within us! We can more easily stand up for ourselves, which I think is much harder in PK.
keeping a friendship and filirting with girls are two different things! And I think for the most part, western women are okay with their men being friends with other girls. Because lets not forget every man is not an animal, and is not gonna just jump on anything women-like! Surprise: men have morals too:@:! And the filirting part is just commen sense!

Open minded doesnt mean stupid. We wont get upset if our husbands are working with female colleagues...we will get upset if those work relationships get out of control.
Would you mind it if your Husband kept friendships with other women?
Would you mind it if he flirted with them?

There are millions of desi women in the west. Every woman has a different personality and different way of thinking.
