Both supporting a specific violence in an invaded country for their own agendas which apparently is damaging interests of an invading country… in a ‘national speech’ one country is namely blamed for ‘supporting the violence’ while other country’s name is not mentioned at all… guess which one is named and which one is not mentioned

Israel's connection in the invaded country's current 'violence' is untouched/not-discussed/not-yet-investigated .... so omission of Israel is out of the options ... But you guessed correctly about Saudia!
