Nope, i have to go with maddy onthis one, and you are right IT IS A POLYNOMIAL OF DEGREE 1(called a monomial where the power on L is one)
In A=L/x, both A and L are variables where A is a the dependent and L is the independent, whers as x is just some constant value like 1, 2 or 2/3. You never make the constant value reach infinity.
