crush is when ie. a person meets someone ..and the blood in your body and the heart rate goes the quadrouple the speed then thats crush and piyar is when you experience a wanting of something or someone ..'chaahat'... over a period of time ... crush is temporary and piyaar is lasting .... crush is when you see that someones done something which is not of your liking and then you say nah .. i dunt like this person anymore .. but piyaar is even if they make the biggest mistake ..you tend to overlook it .. why cos they are of your liking ..
oh and crush is a ''one way'' traffic and when piyaar happens its a ''two way' traffic ....

Phir time guzra ,boy got a job aur jab uski shaadi ki umer hoi ,usko apni ek colleague se pyar ho gaya.
Now what was this? crush or pyar ya kuch aur?

crush usually occur when you first meet someone and feel a special connection. Most are based on sexual chemistry accompanied by a dil ki fast dhadkan, sweaty palms, drooling hehehe. A crush has more to do with lust it could stem from both a physical and a mental attraction.

** love is different e.g. you feel for members of your family is very different from the passionate CRUSHES you have for your admirer. You can love your friends, but that sort of platonic affection is very different from what you feel for your crush.**

hmm.. is it love that i still remember the name of the girl who was in my grade 4?? and still remember how she used to look like?... its been 16/17 yrz..but i still know her name...the house she used to live in...even her parents when they used to pick her up from school??...that was wayy back in the days....(in pk)..was that love or just infatuation??... u clear my doubt then ill clear urs..

well in a crush i would say you like the person but when he leaves you're not really that saddened while with love you can't imagine to be without that person and you love him or her no matter what they look like and if they leave for even a few days your world turns upside down...the more you're with that person the more you become attached to them and even their faults become cute and you become willing to compromise thngs that you never imagine you'll compromise...agg i dunno if i'm making any sense its 4 in the morning
well that's my experience ...call it naive or whatever but that's what i believe

^ Sounds like you are speaking for experiance, assuming you are a she since you have used a "he".
Curiosity does wonderful things in life, the fact that it will question you in life will definatly make it difficult to determine what you had with someone was a simple crush or not. I guess at the end of the day, are you ready to jump of a bridge when you have to or not.

true love merey khayal mein tab hota hai, when u start thinking bout the other person b4 ur happiness, true love tab hota hai key that person is no longer in ur life and u still think bout them 24/7 and u never give up. True love tab hotaa hai jab aap uss key liye kisi sey bhi larney key liye kharay ho jaayein.

i dunno... its a tough one. i had a huge crush on my husband and then it kind of morphed into love. he still makes me giggle like a schoolgirl! :p
crushes are more superficial... and more superficial-based too... i mean, you crush on someone's looks or their style... love is more personality-based. its about the person and how they make you feel, and not about what they look like or how they dress.
