nifedipine and amphetamine (yeah emm, its not amphitamine) is that nifedipine effects the muscles of body including the myocardium, it also slows down electric activity in the heart by coming in contact with voltage-sensitive areas and stops calcium levels from shooting up.. (so basically causes less contractions)

amphetamine is a stimulant, was mainly developed (synthetic) to supress the appetite and basically treat the disorder of hyperactivity.. but THIS one causes body to go all haywire.. from $hitting disorders all the way upto hyperthermia.. its used commonly for ADD…

now this is OPPOSITE of what nifedipine does: extreme cardiovascular efforts, as it puts a great deal of stress on the heart. (see nifedipine is decresing it, this is increasing it)

also, it uses an ‘open channel’ while nifedipine uses only calcium channels…

now emm, regarding the usage of adrenaline … well think about it .. adrenaline ke baad nifedipine aur uskay baad adrenaline… M.K.K!!! heart lay payega ye sabb kuch change ke nahi?

so u know.. its all about balance..

maybe in 2-3 years khuda tujhay itni samajh ataa karay ke tujhay YE samajh aaye ke ek shoqiya-medical banday ko ye sab cheezain kyoon pata hain :wink:
