Difference between low-lights & High-lights

I want to know the difference between low-lights & high-lights. Also, what is the difference of their outcome in pictures?

Can any one also suggest shades of loreal or Keune that are closest to a dark brown shade that would suit wheatish skin colour?

Re: Difference between low-lights & High-lights

High lights are brighter chunks of hair that are prebleached and then frosted with vibrant shades while other hair retain its draker shade, this technique is used to frame face.

Lowlights are darker colour in which no bleaching is done and you can add draker shades colour to add depth and and enhance your natural shade, lowlight is an excellent option and doesn't damage hair at all .you can add voilet , mahgony, peacock green tones without altering the Ph level of your hair and it look more elegant and beautiful.highlight is an old school opt for lowlight.
