when a person looks hot...it doesnt necessarily mean that he/she has nice facial features. He/She just has a nice body, nice hair and wears revealing/attractive looking clothes. Personally i think looking "hot" has more of a sexual connotation then anything else.

gorgeous would mean that the person has great looks.....
