So what are your observations about people of pakistan in general? And of people within diff regions of Pakistan? like Lahore, Islamabad, Karachi, Peshawar, Etc.

I have travelled to and stayed in Gwadar, Turbat, Quetta, Ziarat, Loralai, karachi, Thatta, Hyderabad, Rahim Yar Khan, Bahawalpur, Multan, D G Khan, D I Khan, Mianwali, Kohat, Peshawar, Mardan, Mingora, kalam, Dir, Chitral, Parachinar, Gilgit, Hunza, Skardu, Mansehra, Abbottabad, Muzafarabad, Thandiani, NathiaGali, Murree, Islamabad, Pindi, Attock, Soan valley, Lahore, Sialkot, too name but a few!
People are very different in different areas. Outside of Balochistan most people do try to over charge you for different things. You do bump ito a lot of dishonest people who believe they have a right to your money.
However, there are many honest and helpful people and these are the people that make me go back so regular.
The people of punjab and Sindh are quite similar - they are less conservative, more western influenced, women have a more liberated role in the society and the food is spicey than say the people of Balochistan, Khyber-pakhunkhwa and Gilgit-Baltistan.
If you are going to get ripped off it will be most likely Lahore but it could be just as easy elsewhere too.

I have been to Lahore and Karachi..................................... (Anything related to Sindh Desh is divine to me,so they are divine people living in a divine land)....................... :) But I believe people in Sindh(I am talking abt the abororiginals of Sindh) are too much business oriented and do not care the nationl boundaries...........
Lahore...... Honest and Loving people........(The most patriotic people)............
Peshawar.(for transit,and a couple of hours at the Airport).Do not know anything abt. them But I have heard they are warriors or fierce or great fighters....... :D

people of western pakistan are very afghan looking and in general pakistanis are in terms of looks, goodlooking
i've never visited pakistan but hoping to before i'm 90
very sweet, nice human beings(of the ones i've met in person) so yea very hospitable

No offense to anyone but I'd differentiate the people according to different states that I am in all day/night long:
Lahore -- Sleeping after a doze of nihari and lassi
South Punjab, interior Sindh -- happily dozing off
Karachi -- had starbucks after a breakfast
Baluchistan -- drowsily walking around
Peshawar -- Afternoon tea effects

Arleitter bhai were not all that mean though we are mostly peace warriors like yourself. 
My observations are that Pakistan is a very rich country in it’s people… shame it’s leaders gobble all the funds.
But the people are among the nicest anywhere.
I traversed the lofty peaks of the North as a child and i spent some of my younger days down south beside warm coasts and inland the people come from various colours and creeds.
Even in one region there are so many differences both good and bad.
I think it’s good to be different but i dont like the way people are becoming more ignorant and want to uniform everything… in the name of modernisation.
I dont like the Caste system but i do like the cultural heritage of some of our peoples… that said there are negative cultures too and these should be rooted out though not by force, but by showing those who follow these things something better… failing that they are best left alone Allah knows best.
