an easier way to lose wieght by diet and excercise
regular excercise to tone the body
take,
water 10 glasses per day
honey 2 tabsp
nuts: almonds, pistachios, cashios, peanuts 1/2 a cup
green apples 1 medium & fresh orange juice 1 glass
pop corns (stove top cooked, in little butter and with very litle salt) 2 cups unpopped
tea without mil and sugar (as much as needed --- > 5 - 6 cups per day)
, to stay warm and active)
skim milk 2 cups a day
grilled or baked fish a piece in lunch and a piece in dinner
eat half of what you eat now and increase ur excercise, u will lose weight. try this.

If you guys want something good and something that will last, try the fat smash diet. I am not on it right now cuz of ramadan but i am still using some components of it. I think it breaks your bad habbits and its just really logical.
