So far ive just been eating alot less. ALOT less, lol... like instead of having whole meals just a few bites of something, i drink two cups of chai to curb my hunger.
IT IS SO HARD!

hey, I lost ten pounds doing only this
1- Drink water..ONLY water. But absolutely NO juice, coke, cola, nothing else. Of course you should have some milk during the day and you should also replace your usual chai with green tea.
2-Eat a fruit before or after every meal.
3- replace one meal a day with a small healthy soup.

Thats not good either though sweetie. You will gain it back as soon as you start eating normally again. Trust me, more water, less juice...but eat normally, just be sensible. cut out sweets and replace them with fruits, or instead of naan, eat more veggies. BUT you have to eat!! lol

what about the girls that need to gain wait :( ...its soooo hard for me, i havn't gained a pound and my wedding is in July :( ...i dont know how to make it work for my body to plumpin up! :( :(

eat a lot of meat and food with good cholesterol, such as pistachios, walnuts, fish (especially salmon), olive oil and avocado. And do small weights for exercise :)

Okay girls,
Very easy and doable method to loose weight and get the glow is this.
Limit the carbs such as roti chawal you take within a diet..
Eat 3 meals a day making sure theyre AT LEAST 4 hrs apart: In essence: between breakfast and lunch 4 hrs lunch and dinner 4 hrs..
Have no more than 2 servings of fruit per day.
you can have 2 snack times between your 3 meals but make sure they're 2 hrs after the previous meal.
And be realsitic in your quanitiy, don't go have close to nothing food on your plate, or food for 5 people either - i use a quater plate as my serving size to give u all an idea.
Have calcium like cheeses and milk but switch to low fat.
And 8 - 12 glasses of water, and don't drink it one go - it's all about balance and not extreme...
If you like excersising and want even quick results - brisk walk 30 mins a day.. dont exhert your self, read namaz and watch ur face glow ur body perfect !

lol thats okay but being under weight is sometimes misunderstood. its actually really tough for me, way more than ppl think...but oh well, gotta keep trying for myself :)
