I was taking green tea for about two weeks and then switced to this thing called dieter’s tea by nutri-slim.
Its only been i guess 4 days now since ive been taking it (once after lunch and dinner). My tummy is cramping up and i have to run to the bathroom… (well today thats been the case)
I was reading online that these dieter’s tea’s can make u really sick ie nausea, vomitting, diarhea, lower abdominal pain..
well the dieters tea contains laxitives, and that induces well you know what.. which is sometimes accompanied by the cramps and abdominal pain, use that when you think you need to clean your system...else stick to green tea I say!
Do not take dieters tea for goodness sake - it can do permanent damage to the lining of your stomach and intestines. There's one called blackforest tea, which gives you those horrible cramps and anorexic types drink it after every meal. I have seen this sort of stuff having horrible long term effects on people. Green tea on the other hand is very safe and you can have upto 3 cups a day. (I'm having one as I type)
What's with the weight obsession with all girls! Jeez, it's such a friggin turn off and so pathetic. I see my sister, an extremely intelligent girl doing it, and beloved sister of mine she might be, but I've slapped the label of pathetic on her. What a waste of intelligence and time and mental effort. Surely there are better things in the world to pay attention to. Is your self esteem so low?
Be healthy, enjoy your life, be a bit chubby, who cares. All this dieting and obsessiveness is crazy.
Its fine if you look gorgeous like yourself, but the mortal of us are judged upon our appearance - as much as we fight it, the slight chub is seen to be evidence of a lower being. As the river runs to the door - it is in the world that we have to live. Similarly - its pressure of being thin that forces ones of rounder natural body shapes to try and force themselves thinner. comments thus, ontop of desi aunts telling you how mortally obese you are at 110 lbs..really can mess up a persons mind. Its not pathetic - its sad.
I agree with hiccup, theres so much pressure to be thin these days. Its like you are not normal if you are not a size 0. And whether we realize it or not, we are judged on our looks and especially weight these days.
