There isn't enough research done on any of the sweeteners to determine their long term safety. I would be cautious to use any sweetners unless I had too.

I can not stand the smell or taste of Aspartame. So it's a big NO for me.

I hate diet sodas anyway. Best i avoid sodas or have the real stuff once in a while.
