You are not losing weight because your metabolism is too low and your body is probably in starvation mode because you are eating way toooo less!
breakfast is good!
You MUST eat lunch.......it also should be heavier than dinner like everyone has said...so it can grilled fish and salad or chichen, chickpeas anything but youy must eat lunch and dont eat late!
aim for 1200 calories a day which is the minimum a woman should eat and keep excercising.
Drink loads and loads of water and dont eat dinner late.

Breakfast- 1 poached egg/boiled egg/ or porridge and chai with sweetner.
Lunch- grilled fish/grilled chikcen and some veggies or salad
