Diet Plan

I have gained about 15 lbs in the past year and i’m trying to lose that weight.

Can someone plz guide me with my diet

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs with chai
Lunch: nothing
Dinner: 1 small roti with salan

Snacks: almonds and some sort of fruit

Also i try to walk for 40 min. 5 times a week. I have been doing this for the past 2 weeks and i havent lost any weight. What should i change?

Add salad in lunch .These are too less calories.

Your lunch should be heavier then dinner. Dinner should be the lightest meal of the day because you sleep soon afterwards and dont burn it off.

You should cut out the salan and do something else like a grilled fish and veggies or grilled chicken...something with less oil in it.

Dinner should be a salad.

One more thing: for any diet to properly take effect and your body to start seeing a change, you have to give it at least 3 - 4 weeks.

You are not losing weight because your metabolism is too low and your body is probably in starvation mode because you are eating way toooo less!

breakfast is good!

You MUST eat lunch.......it also should be heavier than dinner like everyone has said...so it can grilled fish and salad or chichen, chickpeas anything but youy must eat lunch and dont eat late!

aim for 1200 calories a day which is the minimum a woman should eat and keep excercising.

Drink loads and loads of water and dont eat dinner late.

I gained alot of weight recently and i have lost 8lbs in the last 4 weeks.

I eat..

Breakfast- 1 poached egg/boiled egg/ or porridge and chai with sweetner.

Lunch- grilled fish/grilled chikcen and some veggies or salad

Dinner- soups/ chickpea salad

Snacks Fruits and veggies
