ok my height is 4' 11.8 and just to inform you.when i was very young i used to e very overweighted and then i left eating and didnt drink juices or any choclate,so i lost 25-27 pounds but then i thought i wont gain weight anymore and started eating and the result was that i gained all the weight i had lost. but i dont look as fat as i was when i was young, athough i had gained all the weight back. now what i eat:
in the morning i take an apple with me to school
in the afternoon when i come back it depends what my mom has maken, if it is a roti i eat 3/4 of it and when there are noodles or rice i take a plate(not too full, normal size) and then i have to eat something sweet like a little bit choclate or something like this.i dont eat much of t but i have to eat it because else i cant do anything(study).then for dinner i always ry not to eat but then if my mom forces me i drink milk and eat a little bit salad(its with a little bit oil and ready made spices.
i only drink mineral water,no juices at all.and i am very active at school because we have a lot of stairs and its the whole time ps and down.then we also have excersize at school,its sometimes hard but then sometimes not.then after school i am mostly at home but sometimes we go uot and we walk to down town.
now i hope you can make me a diet plan.please help
