hi i am komal and i read the thread with the weight lost of nigals friens.i am 17 and imy weight is 119 pounds i want to lose minimum 9 pounds and if possible in 1 month.but i have tried everything and i just couldnt do it.i even eat just an apple for breakfast and even go to school.i want to request you to make me a dit plan e.g. the quantity of the food and what i cant eat and so on.please consider that we have pakistani meal at home.please tell me ke kab kitna khaun and what sort of excersize i should do and consider that i am a student and dont have so much time.this question is especially for nigal ji.please help

komal im currently on a weight loss programme and it is going well. Losing 9 pounds in a month will require alot of hard work. I worked in a weight loss clinic as part of my medical training fo a while and also am pretty experienced with weight loss stuff having gone through many struggles myself.
do you know youe height? and what is your lunch and dinner like? how much do you eat? what do you drink in the day? and how active are you?
If you answer these questions then im sure i and others can help you more.

ok my height is 4' 11.8 and just to inform you.when i was very young i used to e very overweighted and then i left eating and didnt drink juices or any choclate,so i lost 25-27 pounds but then i thought i wont gain weight anymore and started eating and the result was that i gained all the weight i had lost. but i dont look as fat as i was when i was young, athough i had gained all the weight back. now what i eat:
in the morning i take an apple with me to school
in the afternoon when i come back it depends what my mom has maken, if it is a roti i eat 3/4 of it and when there are noodles or rice i take a plate(not too full, normal size) and then i have to eat something sweet like a little bit choclate or something like this.i dont eat much of t but i have to eat it because else i cant do anything(study).then for dinner i always ry not to eat but then if my mom forces me i drink milk and eat a little bit salad(its with a little bit oil and ready made spices.
i only drink mineral water,no juices at all.and i am very active at school because we have a lot of stairs and its the whole time ps and down.then we also have excersize at school,its sometimes hard but then sometimes not.then after school i am mostly at home but sometimes we go uot and we walk to down town.
now i hope you can make me a diet plan.please help

Im not going to give a diet plan darling because you dont sounds healthy anyway, sorry.
You weight is normal you dont need to lose that much at all and your not eating enough the day at all, you need to eat more. If someone else wants to help you fine but i dont feel comfortable doing it.
Im surprised your not losing weight with the small amount you eat!
nadz i said its hard for her as shes already quite light and i dont know why she seems weak, i dont know why i sense that from a simple post but there you go.
You are not underweight or anything, if you think you are gaining weight it might be because on the days you eat a bit extra your body stores everything as fat because its thinks its in starvation mode.
Also if you eat very little your metabolism slows right down and you dont lose weight because you just dont burn enough energy.
So if you want to lose weight you have to agree to eat 3 sensible meals a day properly and not skip
any single meal and do some extra excercis too. You dont need to lose that much weight your BMI is 23 so its perfectly normal you can lose a few more pounds and still be in normal ranger but you dont NEED too. I think what will help you more is toning up seeing as you lost weight in the past. If you tone up you body looks better.

ok what i excactly want is a diet plan with 3 times meals but with the right meal and the right quantity.and thaks for the info why io dont lose weigth, because this was confusing me.and please tell me what excersize i could do and how long.this would be very nice.

For some reason i dont know why i just dont feel comfortable in giving you weight loss advice. I think you will have to wait for someone else to help you.
