**I’ve had PM’s from several members asking to re-start the Biggest Loser Challenge for this Year but again its difficult to keep track of everyone’s progress especially since everyone is from a different time zone.
****I was thinking that it would help to organize a support group meeting where we can discuss each others problems and setbacks and encourage each other.
I will arrange a Private room in Chat just for the Group members and we can have a schedule that is convenient for everyone to come together on CHAT and discuss our progress .
It will help to Encourage each other !
This way we can have groups of limited numbers with one Group Leader depending on each Time Zone.

Hi i also want 2 reduce my weight of thies n plzzzzzzz help n guide me abt diet n exercise i lyk 2 eat. i always try 2 cntrol on my diet bt no result..
i am at the gym 4-5 times a week and since Ive been going regularly (which was 1.5 mnths ago) ive lost 6.9% of body fat - I do 20 mins of intense cardio (Heart-rate: 170bpm) and then do crunches followed by variations of other exercises using weights.
My weight hasnt gone down but my waistline has decreased because Im fitting into clothes I got made smaller then my regular size :)
i'm trying to lose 10 pounds, 115 or lower is ideal and i keep going up and down with it, already lost 3 so 7 more to go :) hopefully no see sawing from now on.wish me luck everybody!!!
