Diet Diary- 4 months until W-Day!

Hi All,

So i 4 months to go till my wedding.

I decided to keep a diary , if anyone can contribute or point out where i am going wrong/ help me i would be ever so gratefull! I will not be joining a gym as i will not go often enough , and i have some feet issues currently :frowning: however i am purchasing a slender tone belt

and have decided to walk to up and down the tube escalators, i walk to work ( 10mins ) and will try and get to 1 gym class minimum a week. I also have yoga dvd and mat at home which i will start to use!

( I work late hours and when i get home its alot of wedding stuff to do , then on weekends i have alot of wedding stuff to do !!)

Kellogs K Strawberry clusters bowl, with green top milk + starbucks skinny signature hot chocolate ( our office heating is broken and i needed something hot as we have no green tea right now!)

Activia yogurt

Great, I have 4 months till a wedding too (where I have to go as a guest) and am aimimg to lose 20 lbs. Weigh in every week. Try to walk for 10-20 minutes at home too. It has helped me lose lbs over the past year.

So day before yesterday day 1 of my diary, i got in from work at 11pm so i had to eat something so i made mini pizza , nuggets and beans!!

Yesterday:

Breakfast : Fruit chaat

Lunch: Wholemeal bagel with chicken, mayo and sweetcorn + a few biscuits in meetings

Dinner - Weight watchers chicken tikka masala with rice in a small bowl , and i had to have some halwa post a khatham or mother would have chased me with a chappal!!

Today for breakfast: kellogs k strawberry crunch + tea

lunch = innocent pot of veg thai curry ( didnt finish it) + half a lion bar

dinner-: the hubby to be is coming over after i finish work so i thought i'd cook some fajita's. I use low fat cooking spray to make them :)

On a happier note i wore some fitted trousers today , everyone thought i looked 'tiny!' ... my weight is about 8 and a half stones, but i have a tummy and these comments lifted my mood quite highly!! I currently have been wearing peg legged trousers and wide fit trousers for a few months and loose fitted shirts which are all in :) but today i couldnt find anything thus i decided to go with a fitted cardy and skinny leg trousers !

i will be doing my weight tomorrow , as i need to record how much i am losing. Ideally 1 stone would be my aim only to achieve half that amount!!

On the exercise front i run up and down the escalators today as i was wearing trainers, and tonight i shall be shopping around , and will be purchasing the slender tone belt !

Tahiya argos have a lot of good reviews about it , i will try and get to a gym but it just won't work with my schedule!

Saturday

did not have breakfast as i was running to get to my facial, manicure and pedicure appointment! , i had subway ( chicken teriyaki) for lunch, and a cupcake later on in the day and some fruit. dinner was a little bowl of rice with gosht masala as i had to take paracetmol i had a severe headache!

Sunday

breakfast was toast and jam in the car!

lunch- GBK Burger and fries :( and milkshake.. the hubby to be forced me! i did not have dinner. i also used the slender belt for 20 mins as recommended in the book.

Monday

Breakfast skinny hot choc with croissant i was on my way to a meeting and starving!

lunch tomatoe and basil soup by weight watchers and a roll.

will have my strawberries and activia yogurt later and supernoodles with chicken for dinner !

and will use the slendertone belt tonight!!

Hey hun,

Good job keeping this.

TBH if you want to lose the weight, you gotta plan our meals more. Things like the subway, cupcake, croissant are pretty calorific. Too much carbs and fat.

I also thing you should have something more substantial for lunch than soup and bread. You will get a headache by dinner time if you don't eat properly.
