When u’re thirsty.. extremely thirsty.. and when water doesn’t seem to “hit-the-spot” what’s u’re poison then?
My first choice wud definately be green pakola! But u can’t find it in Dubai most of the times.. it really quenches u’re thirst and leaves u satisfied! THEN comes diet coke.. on the rocks, chilled!
It was the month of May, KSA, Mecca and I was performing my first Umrah, just keep in mind the month May (hottest and humid in Mecca, Saudi Arabia) ... after performing Umrah, we went to 'Gaar-e-Hira, the mountain is very high, in the middle I was exhausted completely and have lost all water via sweat ... luckly we found a shop on the way to mountain, we bought drinks, I had a Crush (2 littre) bottle and I drank the whole bottle in few seconds! ... it was something, you call it a real thirst on earth...
Imagine the thirst at the day of judgment, when no drink shops but sweaty bodies and you can drink your own sweat!
Pakola ---> never had it!!
Diet Coke ---> gross!!!!
Fanta ---> orange I like
Sprite ---> its ok when there is nothing else
Mountain Dew ---> gross!!
Lassi ---> gross!!
Rooh Afza ---> gross!!
Tang ---> not a fan
I would choose......CHOCOLATE MILK!!!! Or even just regular milk -yum!!!! But water always does it for me anyways
My choices if I am in Makkah will be Zamzam but we don’t have it much here
White thanda milk is good, then lemonade,jumba juice smoothies and after that sprite or fanta sometimes. I have never tasted Pakola ,when I was in Pakistan Rooh Afza with lots of lemon in it felt good too.
Pakola , well born and lived in Pakistan for long enough to call myself a Pakistani but never had this Pakistani cola or pakola . The greenish color never appeals me .
Diet coke .. Not my type ...
Fanta , na i m not in these sweeteners
Sprite , well if I don’t have 7up , sprite could be the second choice .
Mountain Dew , once had it but didn’t like the taste .
Lassi , I can really count how many times in my life , I had lassi , the minute it goes in , comes out in form of a vomit . So no point drinking it .
Rooh Afaza , well with milk and almond , a must have in Ramadan :)
Tang .. kinda childish ...
To quench my thirst , I normally take chilled still water or pure orange/pineapple juice
