right and if yazid was unaware of this then he should have put to death all those who were with shimr at that time and thats common sense i mean.

What about the shahadat of Hazrat Usman and Umar then this question arises why didn’t hazrat Ali punished those who killed Hazrat Umar or Usman (R.A) Why only Yazid ?
