Yeah, I’m into recalling everything from childhood now. Thx to Mariah… here’s a thread on Fraggle rock tehee
What was ur favourite part of the show.
I loved Red, cuz she was always so hyper, and jumpy!
Mokey was my favourite for she was sensitive, artistic representing a philosophical figure;)
But most of all the one that I adored the most was that little tiny Yellow one. I forgot its name Cuz he (well I always thot of it as a he, though my brother use to fight me down and ask how do I know if its a he or she!) HE was the cutest and the cutest (yet again).
Awww… remember those dozers? Building structures out of radish, and mustard? Or maybe it was sumfin else!
not to divert the thread from fragile rock.. which i don't really remember all that much.. but did you guys watch the muppet show too? my fav character was miss piggy ..or sesame street.. remember the guy at the top of the stair with all the pies and he would try to walk down the stair and fall.. and the flinstones.. or read all about it.. ok.. back to fragile rock.. i dont remember it :(
Mariah... great song huh! I like the part where Red wud dive in the spring and SPLASH all over the place :) ALways dreamt of doing that in that sorta cave sniff
Amber, hehe... Ms. Piggy was our fav' esp' due to her overly dressy gowns and all that during those special occasions. Back in 1989 or 88 they had a special show featuring around the x-mas occassion. It combined all the characters from Fragle rock and the Muppet show, and they had a huge party going. I enjoyed that sooo much! :) I wonder if Girl from Quraysh remembers it,cuz she was there watching it with me, and remember Girl, it was in Edmonton, in that house close to the esso remember the slurrrrrrrpies son jo? ;)
Ghalib yes, I used to watch it in Pakistan too. It was an American show. :) Remember the bad old monster? I hated that dog!
Adios!
DB:)

ps2. wry smile Mariah now u're going to have me singing this the whole day...Come into the dance--something something--worries have no luck today..umm the music begins?...this is Fraggle Rock!
o.K... Chipmunks was funny.. not a great cartoon or a classic but worth watching if on. There was dave, the owner. Alvin, Simon Theodore. Their GF's Brittany et al...
Talespin used to come after DuckTales and it was simply boring.. To me atleast.. :) I preferred watching Ducktales.. Ba'loo just wasn't funny enough..
Doozers…!!! yeah they were soooooo cute.. i rememeber i used to admire them a lot in the whole show.. they were so amazin…n apart from em.. Red waz the best :D..
Chipmunks were cute too…Alvin was my favorite..n there used to be a He-Man.. (she ra was supposed to be his sister or sumthin) My Bro used to luv that cartoon.. n i cudn’t figure out even the relations between em… aahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh Good Ol Days…:sighhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh:
*I believe that imagination is stronger than knowledge.
*That myth is more potent than history.
*That dreams are more powerful than facts.
*That hope always triumphs over experience.
*That laughter is the only cure for grief.
*And I believe that love is stronger than death.
Uff Amber I remember the muppet show. And couldn’t agree with ya more about the cuteness of miss Piggy. I used to love their theme song too..muppet babies
ohhh yeah... Darkwing duck had wit... He was always better than Talespin.. But no one beats the king, aghmm.. emperor, of wit and wise cracks.. Bugs Bunny!!
Hey does anyone remember Dungeons and Dragons?? You know those five kids who fall into a strange place with a baby unicorn and that little guy..cant remember his name..who always helps them..Yeah its dungeon master

As long as this is a post with no substance i will post here.
Nobody beats Tom and Jerry.
NOBDOY!!
Bugs and Daffy don't compare.
Actually i still watch T&J when i have time or am really bored.
As we are dealing with old toons, anybody remember GIJOE??
That was a big hit in pakistan when i was there back in 90's all the kids in our muhalla would come over just to watch the cartoon together, some 35 boys and girls.
And then of course cricket later outside.
actually DB i might be one of the few who never swore their allegiance to Fraggle Rock. I dont know i just didn’t see the flash in it. On the other side i loved Sesame Street, popeye, bugs, tom&jerry, thundercats, pink panther etc etc
Wait... Then how about Pirates of black water? (was that the name?) ahem. It was a crew ship composed of 3 members. A pirate, a prince and a girl. I loved that!
Okay this is waaaaaay old, but anyone remembers SAM SUN? The greek hero I guess, who had this dog and wud turn into a lion.
How about Wildfire? Or Teenage ninja mootaaant turturs? :)
Okay wait a sec... back to Fraggle rock! HOw many ppl were literally scared of those brown monsters? cuz I remember I was just terrified, for they'd eat the poor things
Ok, here's an easy one. What did Red, Mokey, Gobbo, Wembly (yes, thx Girl, thats the one!) and others ate for food?
Adios!
DB:)
ps. Nadeem Sir! Not any particular happiness or stuff like that... this is just me! Felt like posting so did!:) Right Girl? :)
