Few minutes after or like just when sheri time ended i vomited (because of fever)…???
Re: Did my fast break?
Two things:
1. Vomiting does not break fast.
2. If you have a fever, then you should not have fasted in the first place.
Re: Did my fast break?
Vomiting, if mouthful, does break the fast.
teeloo, take care of your health inshallah and when feeling ok, start the fasting. Make up your fasts later.
Re: Did my fast break?
Hmmm, I was of the understanding that vomiting on it's own does NOT invalidate the fast. What DOES invalidate the fast is IF you swallow some of that vomit (I know just reading that makes u want to vomit, but one must clarify you know). For example if u puke up and in the midst of the messy situation some of it goes back down by mistake.
Urgh, now I want to go and vomit.
Good night.
Re: Did my fast break?
I am sorry. I was wrong. Involuntary vomit does not break the fast.
Re: Did my fast break?
Yeah...i had some fever...but i didn't think it would cause vomiting...I went ahead with my roza anyway, Inshallah Allah will accept it...
Thanks a lot Tlk :) but i don't want to miss any of the fasts unless in a situation i can't help it at all...all went well so no worries :D
Thank god i just puked and puked and no swallowing..
