ok, so you start a stream. You make it stop. You let it start again. That gives you the feeling of how the exercise is to be done. Squeeze, release, squeeze, release.

To do the exercises, you do not actually need to pee and stop. You just do the squeeze, release. The only time you need to actually be “going” is to get the feeling of what you need to do.

Does that make more sense?

hey MO3 i understand the exercise but didnt understand the second last line… i tried doin it while i was readin ur msg, i was afraid id pee if i do it on the sofa.. hahaha… i thot we are supposed to do this exercise in the bathroom. Mo3 is this normal what i am experiencing… i m concerned abt findin a solution but more than that i m worried if this is actually normal??
