One of my colleague got married on 23rd march in canada, I didnt go to mehndi or baraat as of hectic working schedule but i went to walima....it was so beautiful and everything was perfect. Little boys/gals arranged a performance on pk anthem it was just perfect.

Lots of US couples have their weddings on the 4th of July and theme it in red, white and blue. But i don't know about performances based on the pakistani anthem though...
