This vendor/seller is really slow to reply. I have placed an order, sent the money in full amount & waiting since the last one month what’s going on with my dress!

Yeah I guess that was pretty stupid! I didn’t even know that I could pay partially before joining this group 
Everytime I placed an order with someone I always paid in full because I thought that how it worked:smack: Also it helped to save the transfer charge for each transaction. Now I’m really worried that I shouldn’t have placed an order with them

I finally got my dress after 1.5 months! They told me it would take 2-3 weeks. I wasn't in a hurry anyway but what I hated most is the last 1.5 months they did not contact me for any updates! I asked them twice yet got no reply. Then one day I got a reply that it was ready but mistakenly there's been lil change in the stitching. I told them I could wait for the alteration. Again no reply & then one day a message arrived 'It's sent!' They sent it without asking me whether I want to keep it the way they made it or not? Anyways, Thanks to Allah that I at least got the dress. I lost hope of getting it since they sucked in communication. I'm being honest. I really liked the embroidery work on the dress but totally unhappy with the stitching! The pleats were not done nicely which made the dress look like one size up than I ordered. So when I wear it, it looks really unflattering on the body! Even there's a torn on the side of the lining. They could stitch it but didn't. They can't blame on my measurements because I use the same measurements for everyone, purchased many suits from different FB vendors & all of them came out great. Ordering from them could have been a nice experience if they communicated & paid little attention on the stitching. I'm not going to order anything from them anymore.
