Which diaper bag did you buy and why ? I am SUPER CONFUSED ! Difference between bottle insulation and bottle warmers in the bag ?

i didnt buy one at all! ... because personally i find them ugly.
i bought instead a nice large satchel for first kid ... works perfectly for me ...
for 2nd baby ... i tell you ... im streamlined to a small/medium shoulder bag! ................ large enough to hold my wallet, phone, keys, pen, hand sanitizer and hand lotion (travel size), 3 diapers, small number of wipes (50) 5 small garbage bags folded up and an extra burp cloth! thats it ... this still leaves me room for put in a baby bottle and other small items if i need
what ive also done is made a baby bag that stays in the car permanently ... i used an old large tote of mine that i dont use anymore .. and filled it with all the stuff that baby/toddler might need but i dont necessarily want to carry around on my shoulder. so this i the bag that holds extra diapers, full pk of wipes, extra blanket, two changes of clothes, small garbage bags etc ....
in the end it all depends on your life style and personal preference though.

I initially bought a diaper bag but got bored of it... Since then it's been large sized shoulder bags for me. Enough to hold bottle, snack, change of clothes, changing mat, 2/3 diapers, wipes, scented nappy bags, as well as some of my personal stuff.

I've been thinking about having an extra tote bag in the car permanently as well that has all the extra things we need but don't want to carry around all the time.

I always keep an emergency bag in the trunk and it has come handy on incidences when I forgot to refill the diaper bag.

I have the same one Wendy has, the Skip Hop Versa in black. Used it for 3.5 years and then little miss came along and since she’s breastfed, not bottle fed like my son was, I don’t need as much room or gear. I downsized to this and it’s been FANTASTIC! The outside zipper holds my wallet, keys, lipgloss and phone, and the inside main space holds two diapers, the diaper case and changing pad which both came with the bag, a change of clothes and still has a bit of room for a pacifier or an extra pair of socks or whathaveyou.
