i'd be too scared to use any of that stuff, whether science backs it up or not.. just my opinion..

KHUMAR, you have acne and irregular periods …do you have PCOS??
you should have your ovaries checked!

it’s a serious problem, higher risk of uterus AND breast cancer result from PCOS when irregular periods are NOT treated by PROPER medication!
diane is not really good, i took it 3 months and my cholesterol level skyrocketed!
my sis is taking cytoproterone acetate for her PCOS, and i took that drug long time too, but i stopped because of weight problems (it boosts weight gain: like the same amount of food makes us twice as big:halo:) and sleep problem (that pill made me sleep more and more, and i was allways tired).
but that drug is good for periods, acne and also body/face hair problems, uner that drug all cystis on ovaries disappear…

last but not least, to treat your period problem: make a baby:D…advice from my gyn;)

I agree with Paris...you should rule out pcos before starting any kind of drugs. Mostly women who have irregular cycles are either suffering from thyroid issues or pcos which can lead to infertility. I also had irregular cycles but i controlled everything with diet and lifestyle changes. And, what do you know my cycles became normal on their own and MashaAllah conceived naturally. Try eating low carb diet and add more activity to your daily routine. It is all related to hormonal imbalance and once that is taken care of..your periods, acne, weight gain all becomes normal. But, at the same time consult with a good endocrinologist as well.
