I think you stumbled onto a spam website. There is no cure for either Type I or II DM. You can manage and treat it for sure but no cure yet.

If you're pre-diabetic or in the very early stages like Pisiform said lifestyle changes can make a difference. I've also read that a vlc diet can sometimes reverse it (I mean a VERY low calorie diet, the kind of liquid diet that a doctor can prescribe for a patient who needs to lose weight quickly and urgently for a major op)..

Keep your carbs low, and eat foods with a low glycemic index. Plenty of books outlining GI levels (glycemic index) of various foods and ingredients as measured in laboratories and scientific experiments.

This scammer is trying to prey on ignorant people although it is very difficult to run a scam. For each and every scam on earth there is someone out there who has exposed it.

It is pretty new research and contrary to his claim that you need a cold shower to produce brown fat cell in your body the research suggest that body needs to be exposed to cold temperature for very long hours to help produce brown fat cells.
Is it a cure? Looks like it is not, it can also work as a treatment. You have to be constantly exposed to low temperatures and and do a lot of exercise to maintain high level of brown fat cells.
