I see blame here shifted from the province to another province to federal and then back to province, but when do we recognize this as a collective national security lapse and do something to prevent this in future.

THIS. Country is crying out loud for a counter terrorism policy. But NS has had other things to tackle so far.

hopefully this will be a last major incident and all stakeholders will decide on a policy soon.
