Dhoop Kinaree

Recently i again saw the old classic Dhoop Kinaree. i want to ask one thing. There were four young female doctor other than Maria Khan. One was Huma Mir, one was gazal siddiqi the heroine of drama Marve. Who were the other two? I think one of them is a pop singer now.
