If he deliver Milk on daily basis at your home then:
1- How you’ll know that Milk is in pure original foam and not mixed with water etc.,
2- And he’s not cheating on you when he comes to collect charges on each & every month

I think hmara doodh wala (Gawala) thori kam cheating krta hy,he mixes water in milk but in little quantity.
my mother makes Ghee from malai (cream).She collects cream of milk every time after boiling the milk and with in a week 1 liter of whole fat milk yields 2-3 cups of cream.

Ready made bhi koi banata hi hoga. ghar main bany ghee ki baat or hy. Asli desi ghee to bht kaam hi milta hy.

Disagree, har supermarket mein 'desi ghee' dastiyab hy. Waise desi ghee khany se insaan mota hi hota hy or kuch nahi.
