Boil some milk, add a bit of condensed milk to it, tapal danedar and one ilaichi..

what is doodh patti chai? doodh patti for me is where you dont put any water. And in chai you do.

In case of doodh patti , no water is added to the milk for making tea , once the milk comes to boil you just add patti, let it boil for few more minutes with the lid on the pot .

I like to take tea only if it is contains just milk, sugar, patti and lot of cream. :yummy:

Go grab those small packets that say "dhoodh patti" from any departmental store. Come back home, add to boiling water.

boil milk with cinnamon stick,green cardamoms and then put patti in it and ..let it be on dum..strain and enjoy

well let one two(or as much as you want) boils come to doodh patti and in the end just add a lil bit of patti but don't cook now..just cover the pot and let it stand for 1 minute. This will add the aroma that is lost by over cooking of doodh patti.

Also if you add the sugar while it is still cooking it tastes better. I don't like cardamom etc., I just like the original taste.

P.S Doodh patti tastes awesome in the desi traditional payalis or payalas. the clay ones not the fancy china ones.
