Dhoni deserved the Man Of the Match award for the Third ODI against Pakistan because :

(1) Scoring 30 off runs on a Not-So-Difficult pitch is a Feat only a few could have achieved.. Most would have crossed over the 50 run mark, but Dhoni, with his batting skills, managed to restrict himself to 36.

(2) Because Ravindra Jadeja was in the MOM deciding committee.. !!

(3) Because Rock breaks Scissors..!! **
