Bright shalwar kameez? Yellow/Orange/Red/Green are great options.

A sari will do too.

Dholkis are sooo fun! Wear something cute, not too heavy, in a nice bright color! :)

Depends how big the dholki is, if it's a small gathering then anything with delicate embroidery would look nice.

I recently wore a gharara to a dholki..haha, it was fun except I kept tripping..
