Dheela aata!

Oh my.. My worst nightmare.

I only know how to make rotties with dough thats firm. When its been kept in the fridge for some days it goes all soft and unmanageable.

Doosre ghar jaa ke mera kya ho ga :frowning: ..as my mum would have said, lol.

So is there any tip on how to keep it firm and hard? Or could one add something to it that’d make it harder..?

Yes, after you have kneaded the dough, take a tsp of oil in your palms and rub it all over the atta. It keeps moisture from getting in and making the aata darker as well.

Also, don't keep aata for more than 3 days if possible.

If it's still loose, just add more dry aata and some oil and gundoo it again.
