Are people of England not comfortable with the idea of paying for sex. There was a guy (in Pakistan) for whom I heard that he proudly used to say ’ I’ve never paid for sex in cash’.
Sangsaar karo… waise Jewish lobby se yaad aaya. an MPA of PTI (who was selected from Defense Karachi) has given statement that ‘Karachi main Clifton aur Defense main ye Dhanda boht garam hai… raat ke 12 baje her gali her stop pe prostitute nazar aati hain’ I was going to call Babloo (my frined fron posh area)
As the Sindh Assembly passed the Sindh HIV and AIDS Control Treatment and Protection Bill, 2013 into law on Friday, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf MPA Khurrum Sher Zaman told the lawmakers that his party supported the legislation.
**He drew the attention of the House towards the increase in prostitution in DHA and Clifton. He pointed out that prostitution was among the major reasons behind the increase in HIV/AIDS. He said sex workers could be spotted on every other street in DHA and Clifton in the evening.
** “When I leave home, I see sex workers on every street in my neighbourhood. My wife asks me what action is being taken against them especially now that I have been elevated to the coveted status of an MPA,” he said. “The government needs to do something about this.”
He said the Sindh law minister should inform the legislators about the measures being taken by the government to eradicate the menace of prostitution.
I dont know what the government can do to curb this, the only thing I can think of is to provide work opportunities to the women (as in most cases the husbands of the poor class dont work and are druggies). Its very common to spot prostitutes in various areas of Lahore these days.
