DHA mismanagement discussion

Since the Army supporters have bravely ingored this issue, I’d like to challenge them to a debate, of they dare…

I’m sure our resident corruption bashers will respond with thundering silence. Who needs Nawaz or BB to loot, when our Brigadiers and other Generals are doing much more, along with their lota buddies

What does the first article, about the DHA deal, have to do with corruption? The article does not suggest that any serving or former officer of Pakistan's armed forces is benefiting from the deal. It only seems to suggest poor business decision making by the DHA, which as I understand, is run by people who happen to be linked closely to the armed forces. It doesn't suggest that they've taken bribes or anything, and the articl makes so serious effort to explain their side of the story. You always have to listen to both sides else before you can arrive at a balanced conclusion.

The second article is clearly about corruption allegations and I'm inclined to leave that here for discussion. But unless you account for the first article, I'm going to split it off into a new thread on allegations of DHA property mismanagement.

MS,

When 60,000 sq yards of prime property is given almost free to a private entity by a DHA, it seems obvious to me that there is every indication of corruption. No?
