the sad part of this scam is that the retired army chief's own brother scammed the retired army personnels. how could this have happened amazes me.

Nothing new in this story
The family was busy in major projects , Defense purchase and other looting since a decades
They were also involved in a Form Houses project in Islamabad and used Pakistan’s money for that but later failed
