I would be impressed if the official would say “even if the General himself is found to have links too the scam”

Let’s see, what is happening is unprecedented. The army shoves these kind of issues under the carpet. Obviously the two scams dha city Lahore and dha valley Islamabad has shattered the public confidence in DHA’s and the army as an institution.
