how do you get a divorce
Please let us know the answers you are willing to accept.. i.e. the 'ijma' of the ulema of which sect would you find satisfactory?
if a husband and wife do not have sex for a while they are suppose to get a divorce? that does not make sense to me..if a couple is not getting along and want to end the marriage then who can stop them? divorce is not liked by God but its not a sin to get a divorce
