Liaquat, Jinnah were mostly Urdu speaking, Bengali muslim were mostly foot soldier, intellectual element of League was mostly Urdu speaking.
Pakistan was mostly an argument by Jinnah to further Muslim demand in India, it was believed that Congress will accommodate their version of Islamic ideas in independent India.
