Let me just almost paste my reply in diffrent thread
I think the movie was superb
okay well lets see… Spidar Man a hollywood movie was close to reality right ? or the metrix was ? or the mission impossibles fight squence with Dashing Tom Cruise?..i think was The Movie close to reality or not is out of question a Movie is justa movie. The point is Even tho if it wasnt real, did the movie make it look real? & i think, the great performance of SRK, AIsh & Madh really made it real.
The passion in emotions, & when nothing is important than just one person in life, when everything else is just meaningless. Dialogues were just so supereb.
I will rate it 8.5 or 9 out of 10.
I noticed a mistake in film script:
Kumud: yehh kangan main pehnoongi dadi ma!!
Dadi ma: aray nahi, yeh kangan to mere dev ki bahu keliye hain..

Recycled piece of trash wrapped into an expensive artsy fartsy package.
That's six bucks and three precious hours of my life I wouldn't get back. Why oh why did I have to go watch this one in a theater.. A $1.50 DVD rental wouldn't have hurt this much.
Overactor Shah Rukh was back at what he does best ...attempting to copy Dilip. Madhuri is now officially obese by herion standards and should spend more time at the treadmill than doing the same tired acts over and over again.
Ash is gorgeous as always but too many HDDCS type castings may prove dangerous for her career.
The only thing of any worth was the cinematography and sets... totally wasted over such an outrageous plot.
They want me to sympathize with a spoilt good for nothing drunkard in a love triangle with an immoral woman (who visits her paramour AT her wedding to get his 'blessings') and a prostitute?? I think the Thakur who marries Ash was more of a hero to stay faithful to his deceased wife.. these 'lust-happy' brats could learn a thing or two about LOVE from him.
Moral of the story.. Drinking could be dangerous for your liver... but watching Indian movies in theaters could prove even more dangerous for your sanity.

watched it on video tonight... an overly flashy movie... makes a slow moving plot even slowwwwer - hence stretched!!
a 5.5/10 from me.

GR8 movie. absolutely awesome. just can’t get tired of watching it.
everyone has put in their best in the movie. SRK is just fabulous. and jackie shroff is sure to get the best supporting actor award.

If you wana watch it wach it on Theatre.This is one of few movies which should be watched in theatre .It will look pathetic at TV.
i will have to agree with andha_qanoon here. There is no point of watching it on TV.
