What are some good detox diets? Tried and tested?

Has anyone used any of the detox programs - and have they worked?

I have never tried one but there are so many out there ranging from 3 days to 4 weeks.

I did not plan to use a detox diet but inadvertently tried it out anyhow.

its called the karachi tap water detox.

guaranteed to thoroughly clean out your digestive system, it actually travels forward in time and gets rid of stuff you have not even eaten yet.

oh yeah, weight loss of 3-5 pounds is very achievable.

njgal…karachi water diet was featured on GS in 1998-1999 timeframe..
