detox diet

ok so i want to cleanse my body of toxins through a detox diet but what am i suppose to eat…i want something for 3 days as i think thats the longest ill be able to cope with it

Drink lots of juices, water, green tea etc.
Eliminate coffee, cigs, refined sugars and saturated fats.
Eat light, high fiber food e.g. Bran flakes cereal, whole-wheat bread, oakmeal, prunes etc.
Exercise.
Sauna.

Ask your Doc for advice on the 3-day juice fasting diet. It involves drinking only fresh fruits and veggies. No citrus fruits though!
