Grey, no matter what detergent you use, kapra with loose will give out it … but here are some tips :

1- like suggested , dilute detergent in enough water… foam the water up lightly
2- make sure the water you use is not hot water … should be cold …

Oh yes, it’s important to wash in cold water.

I fill the cap to the ‘1’ mark with the mchine setting set to ‘extra large’. I’m guess that’s like 1:1000 ratio.
1:2 is overkill; I would dilute a LOT more.
