3 cups plain flour + 1 1/2 tbsp instant yeast + 3 tbsp sugar + 3tbsp butter…mix well…then add 1/2 cup milk (warm) + 2 eggs…knead with warm water…the dough shoud be soft…keep in a warm place for 1 hour until it doubles…cut donut shape and deep fry it on medium heat…
icing should be done when donuts are completely cool…
sugar icing: take three tbsp of castor sugar…and 1 tbsp water…mix and add any food color…now dip donuts in it and sprinkle any sort of funfetti or roated coconut or nuts…the icing shudnt get dry otherwise it will be difficult to handle…
Chocloate icing: melt regular chocolate/ white chocolate with 1 tbsp oil…and dip donuts in melted chocolate
