Do you have any suggestions for desserts that can be served in individual stemmed glass bowls/sundae glasses? All I can think of is trifle.

Strawberry shortcake (I make a trifle-esque shortcake), gelatto or ice-creams.
With desi desserts, you can pre-serve them in the stemmed bowls. Desserts like ras malai, gulab jamun (with the sheera), and rasgullas are some options.

Brownies, cheesecake, or any other cake. You can dress it up with whip cream and cherries.

miniature cheesecakes topped with fresh fruit, individual baked alaskas with a warm brownie at the bottom, hot fudge and scoop of vanilla ice cream. tiramisu can also be assembled as individial servings, i have tried this recipe by chef gordon, its yummy and really easy!

Chocolate/strawberry/orange mousse.
