Pear in chocolate sauce
- two cups of water
- 1 darchini
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 2 table spoons of lemonjuice
- pears (about 3)
- 4 table spoons of chocolate powder
- 4 table spoons of sugar
- grated coco or nuts
small leaves (for decoration)
pour two cups of water in a pan, add 1 darchini, 1/2 cup of sugar, 2 table spoons of lemonjuice and cook it
peel the pears and leave the stems on them
cut of a thin slice from underneath them (so the can stand easily)
cook the pears for 20 minutes in the water mix and let them cool
For the chocolate sauce:
mix the 4 table spoons of chocolate powder, 4 tablespoons of sugar and 1/2 cup of water and cook till the mixture thickens, then let it cool
put the pears on a plate and pour the chocolate sauce over them
put tin foil on the stems and apply a little leave on them
garnish with grated coco or nuts
