I am looking for a recipe of this dessert that you make with fruits (pineapple, apple, banana, etc…) and crushed biscuits in it with whipped cream… I am not sure what its called but I had it once at someone’s house and it was awesome. Anybody know about it?
you could do it like this: lay a layer of biscuits at the bottom..then fruit, then whipped cream, and repeat. you might wanna soak the biscuits in some juice before hand so they are easier to eat :D or else you could just mix it all together...thta's fun too

thanks khumar :) well the cookies were finely crushed, so they just added a bit of crispiness... and it was all mixed together with some sort of custard or whipped cream.......
here is something i have tried, hopefully i am remembering it correctly. u take marie biscuits, crush them and mix them up with some jam just so it sticks together, layer it in a bowl, add ur fruits, drizzle some condensed milk and top with whipped cream. you could use the reduced sugar jams for a less sweeter dessert although the whipped cream sort of tames it down a bit anyway. for fruits I used canned pineapple and don't remember what else, canned ones r more juicy. I guess u could add peaches.
How about trying some choclate chips cookies and a mix fruits with coconut milk/condense milk (mixed with fruits) layer them on the cookies, then cut some fresh mango on top the the fruits the add whipped cream on top.
My fave recent dessert is this weird combination… Its double cream mixed with milk…and then you put in a normal flan which just breaks up…I would call it dissolving but it doesn’t dissapear Anyhow..then you put in pineapples and sprinkle FLAKE on top. It is amazing
hmmm i make this dessert,, kinda a cross b/w a tiramisu and a desi-style trifle..
i just layer pastry cream (or custard), jelly, fruits of sorts (these days only mangoes.. and sometime mangoes n grapes) , and lady fingers (which i soak in coffee)
layer everything, you could also add whipped creme to it ( i dont, it's just more calories for me, but im sure it'd taste great).. or you could just layer everything the same way and instead of only pastry creme, add a few blobs of mascarpone cheese.. and it tastes heavenly!! tried n tested .. n tasted :)
