Hi all…I wanted to know if anyone in the gta area knows any good caterar for dessert table setup at weddings…my wedding is month away and my dear fiance decides to change his mind and wants a dessert table setup at the reception after all…grrhh..

If someone can tell me any good caterars in the gta (canada) area, that would great…I would get it from the lady thats doing my cake, but she’s very pricey!!! I really don’t want to spend too much on it…like someone that would do fresh fruits, mini pastries and cakes…thanks in advance!! :slight_smile:

^Did you ask your caterer whether they can do a dessert table setup or not? BTW, would you serve a sweet dish or just have that table?

we want to do both things…well the food is being catered from the hall rite, but I didn’t even think they would do all those crazy desserts…I will look into it..thanks shehnailheels!! :slight_smile:

well i know this lady
she lives in mississauga (10th line and thomas st)
she is amazing
she worked for PC in pakistan
she showed me the pics of cake, fruits and vegis she did.
She has a whole album and its amazing.

i saw all the pics she had from pakistan!
and they were great!
you must check it out
and she might be really cheap i am sure you can bargain with her because she is not in this business.
She actually runs a salon.
But she can also do this since she has worked at PC

talk to your venue, i’m sure they’ll be able to accommodate you. if not, you can always pick up desserts of your choice at any of the bakeries around the city (try Dufflets on Queen West, mmm!), have them dropped off at your venue the morning of and they should be able to arrange it. if you’re looking for something extra design-y, talk to sara baig- www.facebook.com/sarabaigdesigns

they seriously have the BEST wedding cakes! mmm… so good. we went for a tasting and it was amazing.
