Does anyone have some easy-medium degree of difficulty dessert recipes? I’m trying to make dinner at home a little special by making something different for dessert every night and t he only sweet dishes I really know are gajrela, sheer korma/savaiyaan, gur kay chawal, zarda, nan khatai, and stuff like jello and cake mix cakes. Nothing too special really, so I wanna expand my dessert making horizons 
I’ve never really tried baking from scratch, and I dont even know how to use those puff pastry thingies, it all seems too complicated to me so I havent ever tried it.
So yeah, easy and yummy recipes for desserts are welcome.
